You run marketing for France – one of our most important international D2C growth markets. From seasonal sales over influencer partnerships to the organic social calendar, you bring the FR activities to life and make sure they deliver.
We are looking for someone who does not only execute, but actively develops and implements their own initiatives for the French market. You have a strong feel for France, spot what works, and bring proposals to the table – in close collaboration with the International Performance Marketing Management, the Influencer Marketing team and our colleagues from paid, CRM, creative and DACH.
Campaigns & Sales Activations (focus area)
- Independently plan and execute the FR campaign roadmap: seasonal moments, sales activations (Soldes, Black Week, Choose, Bradery, platform pushes), launches
- Translate global brand and product strategy into FR-specific mechanics: offer logic, discount codes, timing, tone
- End-to-end ownership per activation: brief all stakeholders, coordinate assets, manage timing, deliver reporting
- Identify new activation slots and product-push opportunities for the French market – your proposals are welcome
Market Understanding & Growth
- Active market monitoring: competitors, consumer trends, creator landscape, seasonal moments in France
- Identify growth levers and independently develop initiatives to grow the market
- Performance tracking for the FR market: attribution, Shopify, discount code performance, channel mix
- Prepare market insights and recommendations for internal stakeholders up to management level
Influencer Marketing & Organic Social
- Operational management of FR influencer partnerships – in close collaboration with the Influencer Marketing team (which owns the cross-market strategy)
- End-to-end execution per partnership: sourcing, briefing, communication, scheduling, follow-up, evaluation
- Plan and execute the FR organic social calendar – content that feels authentic to the French market
- Leverage creator content for organic channels (UGC, reposts, collabs)
- Build and maintain relevant platform and brand partnerships in the French market
Project Management & Interfaces
- Owner of FR-specific projects: local platform partnerships, activations, pilot tests
- Interface to internal teams: influencer, paid, CRM, creative, product management, customer service, logistics, DACH
- Structured documentation in our standard tools (Airtable, Shopify, reporting tools)
